11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirana, Albania for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
