How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once processed, standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays or major sales events.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your "Order History."

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept express checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply visit our Refund and Returns with your order number. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable / customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

We move fast to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Because of this, we only have a very small window to make changes. If you need to update your shipping address, change an item, or cancel your order, please contact us at ekcommerce.al@gmail.com within 1-2 hours of placing it. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been sent to our fulfillment center.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

We are so sorry if your item arrived in less-than-perfect condition! Please contact our support team at ecomoda1.al@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item (and the shipping box, if damaged). We will make it right immediately by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
