Return and Refunds Policy

At EcoModa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Period
We have a strict 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria without exception:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Tags: All original tags must be attached to the item.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned inside its original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at ecomoda1.al@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
