These terms govern your use of the EcoModa website and the orders you place with us.

Buy from us and we will send you what you ordered, made the way we describe it. You have 7 days to change your mind on unworn items. We do not sell your data. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we would rather fix it than argue about it.
By browsing our store, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They form a contract between you and EcoModa Ltd. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, and 18 or older to make a purchase.
Keep your login details private and your contact information current. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
We may suspend an account used for fraud, resale at scale, or abuse of our team or other customers.
An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not at checkout. If an item sells out or is priced incorrectly before dispatch, we will cancel that line and refund you in full.
We describe fibre content, dye method and country of manufacture on every product page. Garment-dyed and naturally dyed pieces vary in shade between batches, and organic cotton relaxes with wear. That variation is a property of the material, not a fault.
Screen colours are indicative. If a delivered piece is materially different from its description, it is covered under returns below.
Orders leave our warehouse within two working days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and customs clearance on international orders is outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Import duties and taxes on orders outside the shipping region are payable by you unless the checkout states otherwise.
You have 7 days from delivery to return unworn items with tags attached. Start the return in your account and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days of the return reaching us.
Underwear, swimwear without the hygiene seal, altered or repaired pieces, and final-sale items marked as such on the product page.
The EcoModa name, photography, garment designs and site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
When you post a review or a photo, you keep ownership and give us permission to show it on our channels. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to.
We collect what we need to take your order, deliver it and support you afterwards. We do not sell personal data. Full detail on what we hold, how long we hold it and how to have it deleted is in the privacy policy.
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not liable for business losses, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything in these terms.
We update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
